what others are saying about The Orange Learning Collective…
Being a part of the Orange Cohort has been a transformational experience for the Family Ministry of Christ Fellowship. Having dedicated, guided time to process and think about ‘what could be’ has helped us create clarity, establish a common language, and build a scalable ministry plan focused on the family as a whole. Jeff and Sherry Surratt, along with the entire Orange team, have encouraged us and challenged us all along the journey. We are excited to experience the fruit of our time in the cohort. James Duvall, Family Ministry Pastor, Christ Fellowship Palm Beach Gardens
The Cohort has been like a road trip; an experience to get our key people in one vehicle, heading the same direction. Between the teaching provided and conversations with other ministry leaders, our team’s mindsets and models for ministry were challenged. It has became the catalyst for our organization to tackle the conversation of a birth through young adult strategy. The investment of time, energy, and money will alter the eternity of thousands in our community. I highly recommend it to any church who is interested.” Will Randall, Kids Pastor, Westover Hills Assembly of God
The Orange Learning Collective allowed our team to develop effective systems and cohesive strategies with confidence having received input from the Surratts and other Orange Leaders, as well as feedback from some of the most effective church leaders across the country. Taking time away from working in ministry to work on our ministry was a significant and essential return on our investment. Mike Weston, Kids Pastor, Northridge Church
